The social commitment of the Government to counter the effects of the crisis on the so-called “paycheck stopped,” one of its most controversial proposals. Despite his apparent good intentions, to be born with the intention of helping the unemployed with no income, the way this measure was from the start winding: unions criticized by Racan, the opposition said it was “unfair” … Now the waters appear to return to normal, and initiative, required few, is becoming the savior-time, yes, many Spanish families.
Program Temporary Unemployment Protection and Integration, the famous monthly aid of 420 euros (421.79 euros to be exact) and half year term and applies to persons who have exhausted unemployment benefit or subsidy from on August 1, 2009, and soon extended to those who were left without income from 1 January to 31 July.
REQUIREMENTS
Aid can benefit people who have exhausted the tax benefit or unemployment benefit, including extensions, on time, have incomes below 468 euros per month in 2009 (total income of all household members divided by the number of members) and commit to participate in an active schedule of employability.
Moreover, the applicants will be under 65 years receive no social wage, minimum income or similar aid social assistance granted by the government, and not Social Security benefits unless they were compatible with the work that led to the provision or unemployment benefits.
EXCEPTIONS
As specified by law, not eligible for the program:
“Workers who exhaust a grant for over 52 years.
-Employees who are eligible for fixed-discontinuous exhausted their benefit for production downtime.
“Workers who exhaust the provision for the suspension of employment or reduction of working hours under the Regulation of Employment Records.
“Workers who exhaust the agricultural subsidy, agricultural income or the Active Insertion Income.
APPLICATION
The applicant to help unemployed without coverage must submit the application form duly completed and signed within 60 days after the end of the service or benefit. Must do so in the office of the Public Employment Service in which it is registered.
Along with the form, the employee shall deliver the following documents photocopied: personal identification documents and, where appropriate, members of the family unit, family book or equivalent document in the case of foreigners, and evidence of the income obtained previous month for him and, if necessary, members of the family unit.
Temporary Protection Program and Integration Unemployment is managed by the Public Employment Service in cooperation with the Public Employment Services of the Autonomous Communities.
